Cleaning Gems

🦋I prefer moonlight, sitting them on a piece of Selenite, rubbing a little sage oil on them or smudging. If you use water/salt water be careful because if the crystal has metal around it you can damage the metal. And some crystals will dissolve/breakdown with water make sure to do your research or feel free to ask me any questions about your gemstone.😘

What if a rush order is needed?

💎 If you need a rush order just let me know and I can adjust pricing accordingly to make sure your package gets where you need it to.😁 💖

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower, when swimming or to bed🤔?

I personally do not but it's your preference. I find that eventually the metals, and cords break down faster when wet. And sometimes I've had my necklace get damaged when I wear it to bed from tossing and turning at night. I usually take my crystals off before swimming, showers or going bed.

International Packages Are Subject to Additional Charges.

Depending on package weight if its over 15 ounces additional fees apply. However I do take international orders just reach out to me through my messager.💟

POLICY On CANCELING ORDERS and HOLDING ITEMS :)

💎CANCELING ORDERS: Once the order has been made there will be a cost of material charge Depending on the product and that cost is it will vary depending on how close the product is to being done. :)

💎Special Custom Orders- require a 50% down payment for material cost that is non-refundable. Before I start working on your beautiful Gemstones :)
Coupon code does not apply to specialty item orders.

💎Yes, I would be happy to negotiate a deposit for an item. Negotiations will very. Once a purchase date is agreed upon a hold will be place on the item. If you exceed past the purchase date agreement you will forfeit the deposit.🧜♀️

Gift wrapping and packaging

🎁Orders come Complementary Gift Wrapping. Want to make your gift even more special? Add a special note your just let me know I have special gift cards that I attach with your package for special message notes at checkout and I will print out your message!🤗🌹

🎁Orders containing multiple jewelry comes gift wrapped in one single package. If you would like each item wrapped separately, please let me know and I would be more than happy to do that for you.

🔹️ Any changes in the shipping address or customizations for your purchase need to be made ASAP.

🔹️ If a change is requested after your order has been shipped, Angelic Light Wraps does not take responsibility for your change in
customization though we will be happy to alter the design if you would
like to ship it back to us.

Care instructions

🔹️Treat your Crystals with the same care as you would expect when handling glass.

🔹️If your Crystals are dropped they may shatter so handle them with love and care! If they get a little dusty take a damp soft cloth and wipe them off in a gentle manner.

🔹️Never submerge you Crystals in jewelry polishes or cleaners. A dry polishing cloth
for the metals is fine to give them that new sparkle again. 

Taking Care of your Metals

🔹️ Try to keep your sterling or metals dry. If they get wet gently dry them off with a dry cloth. 

🔹️ Polishing your metals should be done with a polish cloth. I would not use liquid polishes because you could possibly damage your gemstones. 

Returns on Earrings, Repairs and other Items

💎 I do returns for my products. On my bracelets I do offer 1 free restringing and 1 free replacement cord on Necklaces. 😇

If your item needs a repair or replacement just reach out to me and I will be happy to help you!😀💎

I do allow returns as long as they do not exceed 30 days after that time item is nonrefundable. If your order exceeds 30 day. Custom Orders are case by case scenario.

I will be happy to do a refund for you with in the 30 day period for all other items which ((Custom Orders are case by case)). I have to have the item sent back in my shop before I refund the order.

For a refund all I require is you pay shipping cost to send the item or items back to me in a padded envelope. 

What do you do Incase of Wrong address or lost packages.

💎Be sure to check the address once going through the purchasing process! 
🔹️ Any changes in the shipping address or customizations for your purchase need to be made ASAP.

🔹️ Make sure to take the time to check your address and make sure your packages are going to the correct location for delivery.
I will do my best to help intercept the package but if *notified to late it will nonrefundable*.

Lost, or Broken Orders

🔹️ Lost or Mishandled Packages
** Our products include a free 1 month warranty. Please contact us with your order number, as well as a photo and description of any damages to the product. From there, we will let you know how to proceed.
In most cases, we will offer a FREE repair of your damaged item but the solution will vary depending on the time that has elapsed since ordered and the reason for the damage.
